Italian app acquirer Bending Spoons, valued at $11bn less than a year ago, has filed to IPO on the Nasdaq.Founded in 2013, Bending Spoons reported a net income of $27.5 million on revenue of $601 million for the three months ended March 31, compared to a net loss of $112.2 million on revenue of $259 million a year earlier.
